Returns Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling RC Components to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of invoice. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified. RMA’s received more than 30 days after issue date will be ineligible for return unless otherwise specified. In order for products to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be received in proper condition depending upon the nature of the RMA. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging to maintain the condition of the parts when returning to RC Components. Parts received damaged will not be eligible and will be returned to customer. RC Components reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion.

If a defect in workmanship or materials is found by our factory inspection, our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace any RC Components products returned under the terms of the implied warranty. Proof of purchase, MUST be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the product, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original product must also be returned and exchanged for a new product of the same part number.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the exhaust product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation. Cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If you believe you have a defective part contact RC Components Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number at (800) 360-0915.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS: To submit a Warranty claim, the consumer must first contact the service outlet from which the product was originally purchased. If purchased direct from RC Components please contact customer support at (800) 360-0915 to receive a return authorization number ("RA #"). Any defective product must thereafter, in a reasonably prompt manner, be returned directly to RC Components together with: the original dated sales receipt (or equivalent reasonably acceptable to RC Components management); the RA # clearly written on the outside of the package; and mailing and/or freight charges prepaid to our facility. Please note RC Components accepts no responsibility for Products damaged in transit, so please pack carefully.
